The use of Mil Spec Training Aids is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below . Please read them carefully. Your use of Mil Spec Training Aids Product Store indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your submittal of any purchase order from Mil Spec Training Aids Product Store indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall supersede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order.
Mil Spec Training Aids reserves the right to make changes to our Product Store and these terms and conditions at any time.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Mil Spec Training Aids reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verification's or information before accepting any order.
DELIVERY
The delivery times provided by Mil Spec Training Aids are estimates only. Mil Spec Training Aids will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you acknowledge all
information set forth under our shipping information.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
The shipping address for your order is shown in the order email and on your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. In the event that an incorrect address was entered, address changes can only be made until the order begins processing. Mil Spec Training Aids cannot accommodate all address change requests. Mil Spec Training Aids takes no responsibility for orders shipped to
an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM CHARGES AND PERMITS
Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Mil Spec Training Aid do not have any control over these charges and are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliance's. For further information, please contact your local customs office. All charges are to be paid by the customer when ordering. Orders cannot be returned to sender and Mil Spec Training Aids can never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your order will be cancelled. All permits must be verified by Mil Spec Training Aids before order can be placed. Mil Spec Training Aids will not be held responsible for any loss of funds or products as a result of this occurrence.
PRICING
Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these payments when you order. All transaction are in (Australian Dollars). Currency figures are all approximations based on an exchange rate. Prices quoted show the recommended retail price in (Australian DOLLARS).
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If notified before goods have been dispatched, Mil Spec Training Aids can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped,
Mil Spec Training Aids reserves the right to refuse order cancellation.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information,
Mil Spec Training Aids shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Mil Spec Training Aids shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment has been processed. If your payment has already been processed for the purchase and your order is cancelled,
Mil Spec Training Aids shall immediately issue a credit to your account in the amount of the charge.
PAYMENTS
All payments are made through PayPal or Bank Transfer
WHEN THE CUSTOMER RECEIVES A PAYMENT INVOICE THE CUSTOMER HAS 24 HOURS TO MAKE THE PAYMENT OR THE ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED.

EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED TERMS
You acknowledge that goods supplied by Mil Spec Training Aids Store are supplied for the purpose intended. Mil Spec Training Aids is not responsible for any use of the goods other than the purpose intended; no other warranty, condition, description or representation in relation to the goods supplied to you is given by Mil Spec Training Aids, expressly or impliedly, including any warranty, condition, description or representation in relation to any particular purpose, intended function or performance of the goods supplied to you; prior to purchasing any goods supplied by Mil Spec Training Aids you have made all necessary enquiries and are satisfied with the intended or instructed purpose of those goods by the Mil Spec Training Aids as well as all necessary precautionary measures to be undertaken in relation to use of the goods, and have purchased the goods with the intention of using the goods for the purpose intended or instructed by Mil Spec Training Aids; and all warranties, conditions, guarantees and terms in relation to the state, quality or fitness of the goods and of every other kind whether expressed or implied by use, statute or otherwise are excluded; subject to any statutory rights
(including under the Australian Consumer Law).
"NEGLIGENCE"
Mil Spec Training Aids is not liable to you in contract, tort or negligence arising out of, or in connection with, or relating to: the performance of the products or any breach of conditions pertaining to the supply of the goods; any fact, matter or thing relating to the goods; or any error (whether negligent or in breach of contract or not) in information supplied to you or a user before or after the date of your or any user's use of the products; any injury, loss of life or damage suffered by any person as a result of the use or misuse (whether reasonable or not) of the goods supplied to you; Claims for loss, damage, etc. In no event shall Mil Spec Training Aids be liable for any claims, loss or damages including faulty design, negligent or misleading advice, damages arising from loss or use (or misuse) of the products, and any indirect, special or consequential damages or injury to any person, corporation or other entity for goods supplied by Mil Spec Training Aids subject to any statutory obligations (including under the Australian Consumer Law).
